Agile processes focussing on the Here and Now.

With my systemic approach, I accompany organizations holistically and bring about sustainable transformation. I design interventions on different levels, in various constellations and with different formats.

People are always the focus of my change work: It is important to enable and empower them to create a sustainable culture, to help shape it and to be successful in the long term in a digital, fast-moving environment.

I design my coaching processes in agile iteration loops. This means close coordination before and after each process step with my clients in order to plan the next steps together. In this way, we ensure together that we work in a practical manner and geared precisely to the needs of the organization and the employees.

KAOS Process

From contracting to retrospective.

CONTRACTING

We get to know each other, analyze the situation together and define the goals. Based on the KAOS FIT criteria, we agree on our cooperation and draft initial ideas for the process.

DESIGN

Creating an agile process architecture in close cooperation with my customers. Based on this, we design the individual process steps (this means the creative selection and design of professional interventions, methods and materials). For more comprehensive projects, we build a "change team" (if necessary we train "intrapreneurs") to drive the change process from within.

IMPLEMENTATION

Facilitating the process in iterations and systemic interventions at different levels - with workshops, group facilitation or coaching sessions. In regular feedback loops, we discuss the process, our cooperation, results and current events. The agile approach enables quick and flexible adjustment of the individual steps.

RETROSPECTIVE

In a thorough retrospective we generate lessons learned. Reflection of topics from an external perspective, concrete recommendations for action and definition of possible follow-up measures. At this point we make ourselves as superfluous as possible and hand the helm back to our customers.
